Yes. You connect it through Meta’s own sign-up during setup, in about five minutes. If you don’t have one yet, Meta creates it in the same flow.

02Which countries can I send to?

Any country WhatsApp and your SMS provider support. You choose which countries are allowed in Settings.

03What if my user doesn’t have WhatsApp?

We send the same code by SMS through your SMS provider. Your user types it in the same way.

04Where is my data stored?

We keep almost nothing: no codes and no message text, and phone numbers only as hashes in logs. We share the hosting regions and data processing terms with your invite.

05Who pays for the messages?

Meta bills you directly for WhatsApp messages, at cost. Your SMS provider bills you for SMS. We charge one flat monthly fee.

06Can I leave any time?
